Evo 2020 Coty - F8 Tributo 5th Place

765 LT, EVO RWD, and Yaris, that costs the same as Ferrari triple layer paint, were all rated higher. F8 barely placed higher than the Honda Civic Type R.

How does the 765 even get in ?

 

Because its a superb car

 

Why wouldn't it?

 

765 is one of the most anticipated and best cars of the year. Why wouldn’t it get in?

 

It's called driver engagement and/or the lack thereof. No surprises there.

 

Is it a 2020 car ? There has to be some sort of dead line date. I would have thought it to qualify for 2021

 

It's OK. I will stick to the F8 over the 3rd place leading Yaris... If anybody prefers the Yaris over the F8, please, by all means... Oh but please let us know who you are.

Ok I’ll take the bait. I put an order in for the Yaris. It was a close call F8 or Yaris. But the Yaris has got me excited. And believe me it was no easy feat getting one of those GR Yaris’s. Had to call around to 6 different dealers to get one. All the current allocations in Australia are sold out.
Now if my local Ferrari dealership would price match the Yaris I might consider moving my Toyota order across to Ferrari.

 

COTY. No doubt a good read and the video will be thoroughly enjoyable, hearing them dissect every driving aspect of these great cars.

We buy what we want to buy because of many factors, not just the pure drive.

I would definitely take a Yaris GR over an F8 and keep a big bunch of change. Yaris is the Fun car. I see Apex taxis has one incoming but no F8. F8 is a car you run around town to the shops in or take Nanna to the opera in but not for a quick blast through the mountains. It'd be as boring AF compared to the GR. I'm seriously thinking of getting one. GR that is. Looks hot.

Since its all about driver engagement, spending over $220K on a TurboS, that is less engaging than the Honda priced at $45K would represent the epitome of lunacy.

 

I see Shadow is at it again bashing the F8 he obviously has no clue, because those of us who ACTUALLY own one and have driven them through twisty challenging roads know how AMAZING the car is. I guess every time Shadow bashes the F8 he feels better about himself.

 

Just because of that, if you get me a good deal for the Yaris, I will return the F8 and go in with you on it. LOL

 

It is all that (458) and apparently F8, Pista-more. I am starting to have second thoughts since @Big A brought this up.

 

I think there is some heavy levels of Lead or THC in Australia's water...

 

It must be because Ferrari must be so afraid that their buyers would flock over to Toyota dealerships to get one over the F8.

 

@buddyg , I suggest to try the Yaris first... Apparently, it will sway you to turn in the F8, ask for no money back and also may also sway you to return the 992 Turbos S for another one for your wife.
