    Hi All,

This Alpine deck seems to be pretty common in our cars. Mine even seems to have been installed by the dealer when new.

At any rate, I looked at the back and it seems to have 2 sets of RCA plugs. Has anyone successfully been able to use these to use an Ipod with this deck?

    Thanks,

Usually RCA connectors are for pre-amp outputs that would connect to an external amplifier. I'm not overly familiar with that Alpine, but I'd be surprised if a pair of them were for input.

Interesting. I got the adaptor, wired it in properly - and nothing! My phone recognizes the Bluetooth function but I can't get the receiver to think it has a cd shuttle connected. Anyone have this head unit with a cd changer?

Not sure if this will help but a 7832 Alpine manual.

I actually have the manual still - it doesn't have any info on installing a changer.

I ordered a different dongle to see if that works.
