I recently lost charge all my battery and left me stranded I had to jumpstart the car and after start it I had all kinds of warning lights plus now the car was stuck on what mode.
I replaced the battery for a new lithium type battery now the car starts immediately however I still have all the lights on and it’s stuck on what mode does anybody know how to reset it or do I have to take it to the dealership

Do a battery reset with a fully charged battery in the car. It should realize all is well and start working again.

It may be the NVO board in the steering wheel.

Have connected a Ferrari specific diagnostic computer to your car to download fault codes, in order to diagnose the problem? Or are you just guessing at replacing parts in order to blindly try and repair the problem?

Just a standard scanner doesn’t give much for Code so taking it to the dealer next week

A standard scanner doesn't give you hardly any information. There are a number of aftermarket scan tools out there (launch X431, Matco Maximus, etc.) that will give you close to factory scan tool capability.

I jump started my car a few times and it did not cause any lasting issues, provided the procedure given for battery reconnection is applied afterwards.

Thanks for letting me know. I did not follow the reconnection procedure exactly:
    1. Did not open and close doors
    2. Did not open and close frunk
    3. Did not set date/time
    4. May not have waited long enough for acquisition to complete before starting
    5. Forgot to clap 3 times, lol

I'll do better next time, lol.

Battery reset is just disconnecting the battery for a minute and then restarting everything.

I've disconnected the battery. Waited overnight. Connected the battery and followed the procedure before starting the engine. I then called the dealer and they said only they can go the reset.

Did everything just fall back into place after doing the procedure in the user manual? I even clapped 3 times with no avail.
