TBH, my nephew told me that the Testarossa was better looking than a 288 so I started this thread in his honor !!

I hope your nephew gets his vision restored soon....... I would have the TR in my top 5 ugly list.....the FF has to be numero uno though.
Sadly Ferrari has made some ugly cars.... here's my list: 1. 212 Export - just not pretty at all. - still looking like pre-war and post-war smashed together. 2. 340 - 342 America Series - plain & drab-looking - the best thing is the wire wheels 3. 330 Gt Quad headlamp - ugly looking ... I know Enzo drove one but still not a good look. 4. 360 - 430 the body style just got so far from Ferrari & Pretty... nice cars but not great to look at ... especially coming from the 355 5. FF - GTC Lusso - station wagons are not Ferrari's.... the performance is amazing, and the FF is a blast to drive but it's just ugly. I would also note any of the 356GTB/4 NART cars are not very good looking. Also, the Enzo has not aged well at all, however, the f-50 no looks more classic to me! as a counterpoint here are my top 5 best looking Ferrari cars: 1. 250 GTO/ 250 SWB series - dual road and race car. 2. 288 GTO/308GTB when you think Ferrari this is the shape you think of. 3. 246 Dino ( early version) just the best-looking sports car ever. 4. 355 GTB - modern Dino 5. 599 GTB - best looking front-engined modern Ferrari ( and my own personal car so I'm biased.) The best looking Ferrari car ever - road or race car: 1967 Ferrari P3/4 - stunning in any view or angle. also 2nd best sounding... best sound goes to 512M ( also 3nd best looking Ferrari ever.)
The testarossa has great views and not so good views... but I would not call it ugly at all. I do agree its not the best looking one either. but it is quintessential Ferrari
Nope, the front is OK but a little bland....the side is a mess with the dated ugly strakes......but the rear end is just horrific, all squared off with hideous tail lights.
Yes, this is a Ferrari. A 1951 Ferrari 212 Inter Convertible by British coachbuilder E. D. Abbott Ltd., of Farnham, Surrey, on chassis #0165 EL. Ugly? Awkward? Strange? Let's call it unusual or different. NOT my photo. Marcel Massini Image Unavailable, Please Login
I agree - 212 series just had some really ugly designs.. I think they were still "coachbuilt" cars...
they are boxy... but in person not too bad. the convertible is the best .... they can be elegant ... but not beautiful
