488 Pista Audio Options

Hi. I’m looking at a 488 Pista to purchase. It does not have a radio. Are you still able to use the navigation?

 

No, there is no nav but you aren't missing anything as the nav in any Ferrari other than the Roma is complete garbage. You would use your phone over anything they offer which very much out of date. Just get a proper mount for your phone and a good bluetooth speaker and you are in great shape. Personally, I never listen to the radio in my sports cars so this was just fine by me.

 

Its all to do with cash. Want a great system just go to a VERY high end car audio business. They will install a system that will run rings around that OEM JBL system. Money talks . But IMO the wrong car for a real audio system but hey that's Not what Ferrari is about.

 

Thank you for the reply. I never listen to the radio in my car either so I wouldn’t miss that at all, but do use the Nav. I’m just trying to figure out what adjustments would need to be made. This helps. Thank you.

 

iPhone is your friend. Nav on the Ferrari sucks. Just atrocious.

 

By the way, my Pista is for sale out of Excell in Boca if you are looking for a perfect car.
