You need to build a workstation where two people can turn two sets of keys at the same time. I assume during a national crisis the price for the complex will increase. GLWS
It's like many of our physical possessions - there's a number where I'd sell. It's not outrageous from a value perspective for a buyer but I would sell. However, I haven't listed it for sale anywhere else so I'm pushing real hard to sell yet.
Topside it does. But if you want your garage underground, I have space in the silo for it. It would be a $500k or so option but it would be very bad ass.
Glad you caught that. You know the doomsday clock? I should have something like that where the price of my place varies with world events.
Bingo. A significant increase in bookings on Airbnb for the launch pad, is a bad indicator for contemporary U.S. international relations. No need to call anyone in Omaha or D.C.
GLWS.. One of the best threads on FChat, besides the car info!! Sad to see it go! I remember when you were in the pit of water in the dozer opening the door for the first time so many years ago. This place looks amazing now!! Sad I never got a chance to tour!! Maybe it would be a good VRBO...
We have started doing an Airbnb with it about 2 months ago. Going well so far! I don't know that it will actually sell... low chance actually. So don't be sad yet.
Can you provide the Airbnb link? If ever in Arkansas, might like to consider a stay. GLWYourSale. Very cool.
Looks great! Get it posted on "those" websites where the guys in P&R find the latest info and theories...gotta be some folks on those sites interested in this sorta thing.
Thanks! I'm not actively listing it for sale other than here. And that was only a bit of a joke b/c it was right in the middle of the events of the 6th. Here's the link. airbnb.com/h/titanranch
man, I would love to rent this! my in laws always drive here to ATX from IL, usually go thru this area. I'd love to meet them there! he is an architect... he'd friggin love this! in laws are in their 70's..... I take it you have to be able to navigate a lot of stairs??
Yeah. If you look at one of the last pics you can see the stairs. The stairs are to code and easy to navigate but the front door is 3 stories underground. So a few steps to get there. GT
The place reminds me of my time in the Army...no windows. I could never tell how the weather was outside. Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Yeah, when I work down there all day I lose track of weather and how much sunlight there is. I am, at some point, going to put in "windows". LED TVs with cameras feeding them outside.
