Haha ... I was soooo tempted to get a 720s. It's basically hypercar performance for supercar money. Too bad about the reliability, fit/finish, and depreciation. No offense to McLaren owners. I think it's a brilliant car and could still see myself buying one.

I feel like more of a Ferrari guy at heart though. I have loads of respect for the brand. To me it represents craftsmanship, aspiration, beauty, and excellence.

    Nice looking 458!

I’ve got HRE P107s (brushed dark clear) coming in a few weeks. I agonized over the sizing and ended up going with the 21/22 setup.

Will post more photos once installed.

I should warn you that the 21/22 setup is aggressive and you may experience rubbing issues. Mine occasionally rub at full steering wheel rotation. There will also be some performance degradation. If I was to do it over again I would probably go with 20/21.

Indeed. Unfortunately both HRE and usually also the vendors fail to mention this. HRE will claim that it's a win on all fronts. Reality is that it should be seen as a visual change, but it's not a performance upgrade. Like you said, the diminished performance is quite noticable, and if you don''t live where the roads are very smooth, comfort is quite compromised too.

Congrats and welcome to the club! Very well stated above on the 458, I'm considering proposing, since she's more fun than my wife! LOL
Is she lowered? Look like she is...

Thank you! FChat is a great community. Happy to be here. Yes, the car has now been lowered about 20mm on the stock coil-overs.

I’ve since purchased the Novitech suspension kit but haven’t had it installed yet.
