I don't particularly like either as well, but forced to make a choice between the two I'd probably go with the original LHD. At least it's original and not butchered up. Interior looks nicer than the converted car as well. Getting expensive these old girls eh? A very well sorted 360 could be a good "investment" at the right price right now. If I were a speculator (which I'm not), that's where I'd be putting my money.
Saw my 1st Roma , a black one in the underground car park of Coles Kew today, small and fell in love with the whole idea . Gunna?
I'm personally not digging the design. Then again I'm kinda over the idea of a GT car. Old school mid-mounted V8 fan I'm afraid. That new F8 on the other hand... I get a little chubby every time I see it. Destined to likely (sadly) be the last of its kind. The Roma is nice, but not for me. Who knows though, maybe I'd change my mind if I saw one/drove one. Is it a big fat monster? Looks it in pictures.
I saw my first Roma a couple of days ago too. It was being driven out of the dealer by the mechanic, presumably on a test drive. Was in a very lovely deep blue. Fabulous colour that suits it well. I really like it, but TBH if I was in the market for that type of car I'd probably buy a Portofino ahead of the Roma - I like the extra option of some "wind in the bald spot" motoring given neither are out and out supercars. Also saw the F8 in the flesh for the first time. Now that is a car that looks way better in reality than in photos. If I had the money, I'd order an F8 Spider in a flash.
I was lucky to see one of these flying around a track recently. They are obscenely fast. The interior is absolutely jaw dropping gorgeous. Made me feel quite inadequate.
Sheesh.....that just reminded me....when rob first started posting on here we all thought he was 100yo! We were so surprised to find out he was only 85
