I don't believe there is a Canadian exemption offered for non-conforming vehicles to enter the Canadian market. The rule was created in 1999 for vehicles that are imported into the USA only. The "Show or Display" rule is a statutory amendment to the United States Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) that allows certain privately imported automobiles to be exempted, if the vehicle in question is deemed to meet a standard of "historical or technological significance". The 2005 Enzo #400 for example was granted an exemption so it could be imported into the USA. The potential USA approval for importation of the Monza versions will not be considered before all production has finished for that series by Ferrari. There is also the sticking point of 'privately imported' to consider as well since these vehicles are imported by FNA.

Does anyone on this forum know if there is expert consultant who specializes in the Show and Display exemption or at least has prior experience legalizing these type of special cars. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat

I love how this car's design lends itself so well to historical liveries. Out of hundreds of SP1s and SP2s that I have seen so far there has been only 1 that I have not liked because of a weird mish-mash of clashing colours.
Anyone heard when Monza production will be ending? I am seeing less and less posts of new deliveries. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat

A bit more than two thirds of the total has been / is being produced. Then production should be ended by the end of the year. Deliveries are less seen than before, maybe due to the weather conditions that some owners want to avoid - cold and wet weather, salty roads...
