I am selling my beautiful Cartier Calibre de Cartier, Model W7100039. This is the version with the silver-white opaline face, silver case, and rose gold bezel. As you can see in the photos, this watch is stunning. I love it and the only reason I'm selling is I just purchased the smaller (38mm) version, which I think will fit better on my small wrist.

This watch uses Cartier's in-house Calibre 1904-PS MC Automatic movement. This movement contains 27 Jewels, bitting at 28800 vph, and has a power reserve of approximately 48 hours. The watch works perfectly and keeps excellent time. The band is a brown alligator fitted to a unique double-adjustable Cartier deployment clasp.

In terms of condition, the band, crystal, and case are in excellent, as-new condition. I couldn't find a blemish. The watch comes complete with all boxes, books, and papers.

    WATCH SPECIFICATIONS:

Cartier Calibre 1904-PS MC Automatic movement, 27 jewels, 48 hr power reserve
    • 30 meter water resistance
    • 42 mm case diameter (excluding crown and crown guard)
    • 10 mm case height
    • Silver-white snailed opaline dial
    • Sapphire crystal
    • Transparent case back
    • Date function
    PRICE:

Due to the fact that I already purchased the replacement (doh!), I am pricing this very competitively at $4,950 net to me (add 3% for Paypal), shipping within continental US included. Sorry, not interested in trades at this time. For watch fans, I have lots of good feedback on Watchuseek.com (same user name) both as a buyer and seller, so please check that out. I have also been an Fchat member for many years.

Any questions, please send me a PM and I will get back to you. Thanks!

Ha! I do love the sizing of the 38, though I do think that the 42 is more cool and unique, especially with the cream opaline dial and contrasting silver seconds subdial, the larger date window, and the stylized XII. The 38 is much more conservative.
