    Can someone tell me where the wiper intermittent is located in a 1983 308 GTSI. I think it is under the dash, but that may be wrong.

    Similar to the direction control unit that causes the lights to blink, this device interrupts the action of the wiper blade.

    Yep, left of the steering column behind the dash panel. I believe it should be a white connector attached to about a 4" extension harness. Rectangular black box. They are available to purchase as well.

    Ah, the module that controls it. Richard's pic shows approx where mine is as well.

    If proven to be bad, the part number on the relay module is on it and it is the same used on Fiat 124 Spider. I bought a couple of NOS ones on EBay for spares. I always gather NOS spares and stash them away.
