Just seen this plate on a 412 today: small plate with 12 cricles that illustrate the "clockwise" piston numbering from 1 to 12. My mechanic told me all cars he has maintained do have this plate except mine.

Were these also included in the earlier cars? Any source for these plates?

My 1980 400 has one - not the finest photo ever taken...

Thanks! Mine is 81, so my mechanic is right, the car should also have it.

    Anyone with a better picture?

    Good day Raemin,

Have you checked with Italian Car Parts (http://www.italiancarparts.com/labels_plates/ferrari_labels_plates.htm), as they have a lot of labels and plates. I do see one ( # FOL1 for $54.75 USD) that could be similar... sadly, their picture is to small to see. That being said, it may be worth an e-mail to see what they have. I would also check with Verrell from Unobtainium Supply (https://www.unobtainiumsupply.com/), as he might have made these for someone else.

Post up with whatever you end up finding or doing.

    Cheers,

    Sam

I could not find any on my 1978 Auto, I assumed it has been removed at some point in time.

My 1981 400i has the engine out, I could not find this plate anywhere.

Several offers on internet, one example:

I'm getting some of these decals made up for the twin distributor engines, and will post details when done. Can someone please confirm if they are black with silver writing or back and white writing. My old eyes are struggling to be certain!
