I don’t lurk the 308/328 section. Was surfing through Instagram for 355 stuff and saw a glimpse of this 328 in Japan. No other pics. Looks amazing so far (not for the purist of course).

Anyone know anything about this car? More pics? I’m very interested in seeing the build.

I would very much like to know what rear deck lid/engine cover is on that car. That's what I've been hunting for. Hoping someone here knows more!

I searched Arai Bankin 328. I found a couple of other photos but the pickin's are slim. Very slim. Only one or two other full car pics and one of the nose/brakes on the car.

I see you do composites... let me know if you want to talk rear deck lids...

I dont like to see 3x8s re bodied , If it was not to hard to switch between the two deck lids, stock vs clear, I would get that for my car, I would though have to paint my valve covers with krinkle cut red

I see the black 328 has a hatch between the engine compartment and passenger compartment like a 360. I wonder what led to that.

I see they are also using the 308 parking brake.

Possibly to make servicing easier a few of the group B rally cars also had this as makes cambelt and other front cylinder head work far simpler?

Wow I love the F40 style deck lid too!!! It looks like they used an actual F40 lexan window and fit it on to a carbon fiber 328 deck lid. I have a carbon fiber deck lid......just need to find the F40 lexan!

The 288 GTO also has the OE engine access behind the seats, maybe more logical for the longitudinal mounted engines... but I wish our 3x8 had this as OE.

This has been discussed before. It really wouldn’t help on 308. Just a good view of the forward header.

I take it no one is converting their 328 into an F40 anytime soon.
