    Hi there everyone, I’m a first time ferrari owner and so far have not had the best experience. I love the car, but there are little things that are adding up to some frustration. Anyone know where I can get a replacement cap for an hvac knob? Local authorized service company is saying the cap can not be purchased alone. Used or new, I’d take anything I can get. Please help.     I would make 3d printing and then to paint. it shouldnt be more than 20 usd otherwise you will pay your shirt.....

    Agreed. Probably easy enough to 3d print and just paint over. Though getting it to match may be the more 'difficult' part. I'd maybe contact one of the companies that handles sticky switches/buttons on Ferraris. They might also have some ideas for it.

    I lost one of the knobs on my FF and I managed to find it in one of the stores through my dealer in Dubai

    You could also try checking eBay or listing a request for "Wanted" on this site in the Parts and Collectibles forum. It probably doesn't have to be from a FF, that knob is probably the same on other models.
