How many 348´s made?????

Wow that Dolphin paint is something.

 

97609 94 Spider Red/Tan - Canadian version (no mouse belts, daytime running lights, single side roof lockdown lever, km speedo) - Canada

 

I have searched far and wide including asking Ferrari (that was hilarious) but I haven’t been able to estimate how many BLACK/BLACK spiders were built. Anybody? Thanks in advance!

I can't check my database right now to see what I have currently but I do have some older data with colours for a little under 800 348 Spiders and 59 of them are black/black (your car was on my list).

I guess you can extrapolate from that to get a rough idea of how many black/black were made in total.

 

I’d be very interested to know the same data as I have serial #99349, a triple black, 1995 US spec with 9;800 miles.

I didn't previously have colour details for your car.

Having now checked my current data:
I believe there were 1143 348 Spiders made (of which 117 were RHD).
I have 69 recorded as black on black but don't have colour information for 250 so, assuming the same colour ratio for those I don't know would indicate just under 90 black on black.

 

I have a Euro 1990 358tb, Blu Sera/Crema #84757. Thoughts on numbers in that combo ?

 

It is very hard to answer. Even where I know the colour, I often just know a car is red or blue. But you are certainly talking about a very small number. Very probably less than 10. I can tell you, for example, that I don't believe any 348 tbs were delivered new to the UK in Blu Sera.

 

I know of at least one GTB though. I'm sure you do too. Interesting no tbs.

Well maybe. I have 1143 plus 3 unconfirmed. There are several different numbers even just in this thread. Also, RHD Ferrari production numbers are invariably wrong because people take the numbers published by Maranello Concessionaires or the Maranello Archive for UK cars and gloss over the UK being the biggest but far from the only RHD market. Hence you see, in posts above where it states 68 RHD 348 Spiders when it should be 117.

 

348 Spider Espania / Spain how many Spiders are there in Spain I have found 6, I have joined the Classic Car Club of Andalucia having the only Spider down here do you own one in Spain?

 

9 triple black 348 Spiders is the list I saw previously. I own one of them myself.

There was a post on FChat, with a list by car number and color from factory, don’t have the link handy but you should be able to scare it up with a search

I own one of the 9 triple black spiders. US model with serial #99349.

 

I hear there was a blue on red 348 Spider somewhere in the US, spotted at Road America in 96 or so.

Would love to know more about it.

You can add mine to the list: 1995 348 Spider, Giallo Fer 102, #99327, US (FL). Any confirmation of a comment earlier in the thread that a total of 60 Spiders in Giallo Fer (yellow) were imported into the US? Here's a few pics of my girl!!
