They will know, is the answer.

Our early cars had matched wheels all around, to go front/rear different you are actually using the offsets of the later "QV wheels"..

I have 4 others who want 16” coffin spokes (8”/9”) so only need a few more to cover tooling for cast. 17” forged blanks are just deep enough to do a convincing coffin spoke but most people prefer 16” and after two years looking fir deep 16” blanks I’ve given up. Prices would be £800-1000 fir for depending on shipping, duties etc.

I believe image wheels made the LB wheels, they have disappeared off their website too.

No. 4 modular wheels mod. LS 7Jx16'' front and 8Jx16'' rear is 2.106€ total amount - shipping costs not included.
    Standard finishes https://www.ntmwheels.com/en/finiture/
Made by order, 4/6 working weeks.

Ill be ordering some and ill let you know how i get on if interested.

I see the custom made alloys above (derekw) were being specced as 8" front and 9" back. Is there a reason for the wider fitment? Wont it make steering a bit heavier in exchange for dry grip? Better choice of tires?

It is simply an attempt to get enough people on board to make the order viable. Several people want bigger rears. My original wheels are 7.5” so 8” is marginally bigger and similar tyre widths can be used and the manufacturers have said they can get both 8” and 9” out of one mould by machining more. You could of course go with 8” at both ends. If I get another 4-5 people it will be about £200 per wheel plus shipping.

Here's the only picture I can find of a 308 with the NTM LS. It is posted on their Instagram and Facebook feeds on Dec 2020, specs listed are "NTM LS 9Jx17 | 11Jx17 - Ferrari 308 GTB
    Metallic Gold center
    Polished outer lip"

The image wheels are 3 piece using studs instead of bolts to get that look....only the the center is billet, the rim is spun. I almost bought a set of there F40 wheels, which were mostly what I wanted...then when we were finalizing pricing/shipping the sales guy drug brexit into it for why I should pay more and I moved on.

Anyway, 3 piece I'm pretty sure, which I personally like since you can repair them as long as the center isn't damaged.

I contacted Hawk a few months ago about a set for my car, but was turned off by the price, especially since they are aluminum and not authentic mag.

If anyone is negotiating a group buy with them, I would be interested in joining if the price is right.

Interested in 15 x 8’s, and I am in the US.

    Thanks.

I just asked for a estimate on 17", and that was what they replied. Not sure what the width was.

The billet wheels above have lost much of the original design and look of the Stratos wheels. I got a little close with one-piece 17” billet wheels. This is a rendering of the drawing based on an available forged blank. They would be about $1500/set and you can specify the width 7-9”

@Derek, are you still on the project ? Have just found this thread as my old dream of acquiring the michelotto-styled wheels for my 78' euro 308 GTB has burst into flames again. Would be very happy to hear more about the project. Is your original approximate quote still on for 200 pr wheel ?
