    Hi,
Have a 2018 488 Spider and can't get the brakes to stop squeaking when coming to a controlled stop. I'm a 1st time owner and would love any advice/solutions any of you may have. Thanks in advance!

Condition looks fine. No signs of heat sink into the pads. Low mileage car?

I would recommend a visit to your local Indy for a clean and bedding-in procedure carrying out.
This is a characteristic of carbon ceramic brakes, however this can usually be improved.
    Location?

Try rinsing well with water (when the brakes are cool) and then go for a drive. If they are quiet and start to squeal after a few days, it could be a dust issue. My 2013 California would do that, even though the wheels and brakes appeared perfectly clean. They would be dead silent after a rinse and then a week or so later they would start to squeal again. My 2015 California T has never done that, though. Put 10k-plus miles on both cars. Not sure what -- if anything -- has changed. Maybe just a chance variation on the pads.

No personal experience but I'm told Copper paste applied to the pads is beneficial. It might be worthwhile to ask the dealer about it. As someone else posted it is improved for a while with rinsing with water. Apparently dust plays into it and rinsing relieves it for a while anyway.

I have nothing to add besides trying a proper bed-in as mentioned but did want to say there is not one spec of dirt or dust anywhere in those pictures. Congrats to your detailer! :)
