I got tired of waiting too....so I bought a new in box from a gray for $18k (two years ago). My AD came through about 10 months later. Paid retail do that one. Wholesaled my slightly used back to a gray from $21k. Made $3k over 10 months and still got a new one with my name on it for retail price! Moral of the story is...don’t wait! Prices keep going up. Famous last words!
It is. The picture isn’t great. Here’s a snap from the Rolex website. Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
It’s a great piece but now that it’s pushing $30k on the street, it’s harder to justify. Lots of other options at that price point. Now, if I could just convince my AD to sell me the gold and green Daytona. But that’s not likely to happen.
Agree, other watches at the price point. I'm with you on the John Mayer. The hunt is part of the fun.
Beautiful. Just beautiful. Looks like you have some work to do in the background brother! , Cheers fellow f car! Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat
My trusty Carrera today. This is the one that gave me the watch itch when I was younger and inspired me to save for some time. I finally pulled the trigger on my 21st birthday and still wear it almost daily fifteen years later. Image Unavailable, Please Login

I love my 5712 so much that when the 5711 arrived it looked so plain and boring in comparison I sold it almost immediately. Only other Nautilus I’m excited to get is the 5740.
I don't know if I posted this already but I changed the look of my Navi with a rubber deployment strap. Image Unavailable, Please Login
In the spirit of all the Hans Wilsdorf products, I just fixed my 116233. The stem kept pulling out and the watch eventually remained hacked. Most movements have a screw that holds a pawl against the grove in the stem but the 3135 movement has a spring-loaded button. Somehow the button became dislodged. Go figure. I just saved myself a trip to the RSC.....Cheers and Happy Valentine's Day! Image Unavailable, Please Login
When seeing the Accutrons, I've rembered my Omegas with the f3oo tuning fork movement, three Seamasters and a Constellation. They have a nice humming sound. Image Unavailable, Please Login
