I searched but found little about F430s. I even used "sway bar" as a search term because people persist in referring to anti-roll bars as "sway bars" which were parts used on 1950's-1960' American station wagons to prevent the body from swaying side to side on the ladder frames used at the time. I replaced all the rubber bushings (Anti-roll bars front and rear and A-arms top and bottom) on my Z06 with urethane bushings and significantly improved suspension performance. The urethane bushings do not deform as do the OEM rubber bushings. Searching via Google turns up lots of Porsche stuff, and even Nick's Forza does not even have a 430 category. I know someone makes these] (Hill Engineering no joy). Anybody know of a source? Ray
The front ARB is 19mm in diameter, the rear ARB is 22mm. According to Aldous they are the same as the 360. https://aldousvoice.com/2014/04/10/ferrari-360-f430-front-anti-roll-bar-bushes-and-droplinks/ I searched for 360 ARB urethane bushings but no joy. I see a market opportunity here. Ray
I believe there's an individual on FerrariChat here, that makes a bunch of bushings for the 360 Suspension Arms and stuff. I'm sure he can, or maybe does have some stuff for the ARB too. @Sky Hye I want to say is his username? Not 100% sure though.
Don’t urethane bushings squeak? I had them in my old race car and no matter how much I lubed them eventually they would squeak. Not a big deal for track but on the street would be embarrassing. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
I've put them on all my Corvettes and never hear them squeak. Maybe they do squeak, but I've never heard it. And I only lubed them when I installed them. Ray
I have a muscle car from the 70's that still has some original rubber bushings. Does it handle like a race car, no. I have had urethane bushings perish and split after a few years. Rubber ages much better. New rubber is the upgrade I go for. JMO
All options have their pro and cons. It’s something to consider when selecting. Rubber won’t last. Poly will squeak. Delrin will shatter your spine
I live in Orange County, CA. The air out here EATS rubber. I've had urethane ARB and control arm bushings on my Z06. Never heard a squeak. Ray
