Black Point. It’s changed a lot since the last time I was here 25 years ago.

Used to be little old beach shacks you could buy for $15k.

Now there McMansions everywhere, but it still has plenty of charm and the beach is super safe.

 

A good mate of mine in Kadina showed me very similar beach shacks in, ?Walleroo?
They could have been bought for about the same. 10-15 k. Now, they go for hundreds.
