Correct. Wallaroo. Everywhere on Yorke Peninsula has gone nuts in the last 25 years. Same for the Riverland. Little old waterfront shacks that were in the same family for generations being sold for hundreds of thousands. Then they knock them down and build mansions. The reason is because the government (under pressure from The Greens) mandated that there can not be any more blocks on the waterfront. Anywhere.

My sister had an apartment once over looking the beach at Coolum.... went to the local bar, chardy in a vegemite jar. Went to beach ...tics,jelly fish ,sand flies ...............delightful.
