Judging by the looks of it, I don't believe it is. I could be wrong, but the Ferrari badging would be on the inside if it were Ferrari OE

OK the Ferrari dealer must have ripped me off when I bought it from them. I can assure anyone on here my items are OEM.

Does this particular piece have the badging on the inside? If not, then they ripped you off. The other indicator for me is the carbon is not laid out in the correct pattern.

How about you ask a question a bit nicer with a request and give the seller an opportunity to post up a receipt or additional photos? The question is fair you being a scud owner. We realize there is plenty of non-oem carbon out there...

And how about the OP tone it down a bit on your response. Fair question. Wrong to jump to conclusions on both sides. Should be easy to show a receipt from your dealer to put it to bed.

I didn’t realize who the seller was...

Ken, I’ve met George in Sydney. He is an upstanding dude. His cars are def oem. And he has absolutely no reason to pull a fast one. That still doesn’t answer your carbon question but, I’d buy stuff from him... :) George, see what you can add on extra info. Ken is somewhat of a carbon collector... cheers.

Not trying to accuse OP of anything. Just trying to point out the authentic piece would have the badging on the inside and I did ask politely if it had it.

I suspect the OP took a look and didn’t see a badge, hence his suspicion of being ripped off by the dealer. Not getting defensive vibes.

He was being sarcastic... best course of action is a photo of the other side and any other papers. Sorry to clutter up the thread.

As a Scuderia owner myself here is what I know. All Carbon parts have a red Ferrari sticker on the inside of the part. The sticker also has the date of manufacture on it hand written with a small signature of the person who has QC'd the part. For engine panels, coolant cover, door cards, centre consoles the sticker is there. For air boxes it is not. For front splitters it is not as you can rightfully display in your photos. It is the same with my part. The sticker is not there. Thanks for your info in my ad. I rightfully will stand by my product as being a genuine OEM splitter for a 430 Scuderia or 16M.
