Has anyone put ceramic paint coating on the red intake to keep it clean?

Just curious as my car is scheduled for the ceramic coating next week and wondering if I should have them also do the intake paint.

    Thanks,
    Corey

    Hi Corey,
I’ve never used ceramic on the intake. I use Griots Engine Bay Dressing and it really makes the red pop and look like new. When it gets dirty or dingy, I wash with a soft brush when I’m washing the engine, and reapply the Griots.

+1 on Griots, about the best thing you can use. On the whole engine, makes it look new after you wash.
