I am not sure if this has been posted before on a single thread but we all know that Ferrari has a large variety of colors, some (MANY) of which carry a premium depending on history/nostalgia (Vintage) paint to sample, Maserati colors, double or triple layer paint.

I would like to see what recent cars have been built with premium paints and their prices.

I will start with mine, Bianco Italia approximately 32k with Nero top approximately 12k.

Add some hand-painted ‘Shields’ and you have the foundation for the Ferrari Paint Trifecta

Almost went for it. I seriously did. But that was another 16k, I think. I love the hand painted Cavallino Rampantes

I also know that Bianco Fuji goes for the same as Italia.

Anyone know about other triple layer paints (Blu Elettrico, Fuoco, GTS, etc)?

2 layer Sanu Silver 33K, I do not have a pic until the car shows up. I tired to find the color online but none of the pics shown are actually Sanu, my dealer said he has never speced the color before, so hope it looks good.

So the triple layer paint with black roof totals 44k. You can get a quite decent brand new DD with that money. But it's all relative and this comment is quite obsolete in a way ;)

Ferrari can charge whatever they like for special colours and deviations so long as there are people who are willing to pay for it then good for them.

I just hope people can appreciate that the there is nothing special about the colours or processes that is anyway in line with the prices charged. 'Hand painted' shields at $16K is so massively obscene in pricing that it needs to be accepted as a total excess luxury (much like a Ferrari) and cannot be justified in any reasonable way.

Nothing wrong with it so long as you don't dilute yourself into believing otherwise.

i am sure it will be stellar and doesn't it feel good to be one of one or one of a very few??? I can't wait to see it. Ferrari's palette of colors are beyond imagination. We only see the more common. I have seen the Atelier selection (on a video) which includes most (not all) and it is impressive! Same color with shades of variance.

Yeah, I get that all the time. However, when you see the color, you then realize that it is all worth it, or maybe makes you forget it was so expensive. One or the other, maybe a little bit of both...

The car finished paint correction. The before and after pictures are insanely different. I will only include the after pictures because it is just embarrassing to show a picture of how you pay so much money for the way Ferrari Maranello treats their product. With that said, and in reference of the posts regarding the premium price for the paint. Here is the 44k reasons for which I love and chose my paint combination.

Now it is 32k and they changed it to water based. The color is not the same. If you still have it in your possession, keep it! The color will be a premium price driver for resale.
