Ukrainians are actually more blessed then Russia in the beautiful women area.
Blonde is also more often seen in that former Soviet Republic.
To see really gorgeous women that will give you a permanent whiplash after just a one hour walk, go to Krakow in Summer and visit the Market Square in the evening.

I've never understood it either. But what's really weird is girls wanting to sit on cars to be photographed in the first place. I came out of a hotel one time about 10yrs ago when I had the F430 and found some chick laying across my hood getting her picture taken. Couldn't believe it.

You are too pedantic.
Both the country and that particular town in a neighboring Poland are rich in that commodity.
Mentioned Krakow because it's Market Square is especially unique in that regard and worth visiting just for that reason alone.

Yes it is, at least the last time I checked.
Poland's borders are tricky, Krakow used to be in Austria for a while, Lvow and Vilnius in Poland, Szczecin (my wife's hometown) in Germany, etc.
Ukraine used to be within Polish borders too, a while ago....

 

I suspect we've seen that blonde in the red bikini multiple other times.
