What a great thread. It would be great to see from those that have driven five or more and span between old and new to pick their favorite and least favorite of the group and give a little explanation as to why.
sorry I am so bad at this. 3. 356GTC4 4. 456GT 5. 456GTM 6. 365GTB4 Daytona 7. 275GTB 8. 599 9. second 599 after high on drugs[ conjecture] idiot ran into first one. 10. 588 six speed, before buying, didn't like car with standard transmission. [ducking for flames] These are cars I have owned or still own, all driven over 120MPH. All driven as cars; no queens here. The Daytona is the hands down favorite, everything is right about these cars. [Yes, I am aware that it steers heavy at low speeds] I try not to drive it at low speeds. Malcolm
Nice Malcolmb. What is with these Ferrari seeking idiot missiles? 1. 348 Spider 2. 360 Spider 3. F430 Spider
I need to do better in this company. Testarossa Mondial 3.2 Mondial 8 308 qv 355 Spider 355 B Challenge Stradale 430 Scuderia 458 California Cali T If anyone has any vintage Ferraris they would like to allow me to drive, we could put an end my shameful lack of pre-80's Ferrari experience.
So far only: 458 Spider 360 Challenge Stradale ...not too much seat time in either...10 mins in the 458 and an hour or two crawling around Daytona Speedway in the CS. I'll take it!
If they ever found out that I would work here for free, just because I get to be around these amazing works of visual art, I'd be done for! While I enjoy the moderns , I find that when I get behind the wheel of the vintage , pre-70's that I just sit , take a moment, breath in the essence of the leather, exhaust, the unique sounds... It's why I do it! S
Mondial QV Ferrari F355 Berlinetta Ferrari 360 Modena. Ferrari F430 around a car park. The top three were all my own.
Hi Ferraristi I drive the 365GTC for more than 23 years, the 365gtc4 for more than 16 years and finally the f550 Maranello for 7 years. The Maranello is a perfect car, but I miss the old mecanical style. My favorite is absolutly the gtc!
I am currently driving my 23rd Ferrari ( 2020 Pista) and waiting on 812 Spider. First one was 1979 308 GTS. The new ones always seem better than the old one.
Interesting topic.....I've never owned a Ferrari, but have driven: 355 - 3 different ones 430 Scuderia - twice 458
