    That sounds like the day mine was delivered too Tom. As it was being backed off the covered trailer, I saw a nice pool of fuel getting bigger and trailing the car as the driver was backing up. Needless to see it was pushed back on the trailer and sent back to fix the issue.
    Lol
    Also a great start to ownership after almost the same amount of time waiting for the car to arrive in my life..

    And THEE first shot with the car of my dreams, back when wearing pink pants was cool in 1988... (wonder what show I watched... hmmm)

    This is my 1983 308GTS QV (Imported to California by the original owner). This shot was taken on March 8, 2015.
    I'm the third owner, and had just driven her home.
    I'll never sell her.

    Photo number 1 is the first photo I took of my 328. It was in Detroit, before it was MY 328.
    Next one was the first photo I took of MY 328 on Australian soil, in a holding yard next to the docks in Melbourne. Next was on its way home, then safe in my driveway, still unwashed!
    Finally, after a nice clean!
    It was 9 years ago today that it was delivered..... 19th March 2012... Still loving it :)
