    That's an interesting statistic.

    All the best,
    Andrew.

I thought Schumacher would appear on the list much more often than he did. I guess his fellow drivers on his podiums were a little more variable, which is quite the testament to his personal dominance.

    All the best,
    Andrew.

I guess I am surprised that Vettel is on the list 3 times.

Its skewed because of the number of races held now vs. in the mid 90's and 2000's.

for podiums if you take out the number of races to equalise on % - I would think Fangio, Clark, Stewart, Prost, Lauda, Senna would figure pretty strongly. its hard when you have some seasons with only 5-8 races, and then seasons with 20 plus races. for years we had 14-16 races... then the Bernie Explosion of Races in the late 90's and 2000's.

Still, it would be my preference to have 43 races per year...............

I remember Mika being over the top about getting the ride with Lotus, same year as MSC with Jordan... Yeeesh ....time flies....

And ‘B’ side will receive a few more podiums undoubtedly. All about the era.

Yes exactly. I also didn't expect Lewis//Verstappen/Bottas to be number one.

Is it in order as well? Lewis/Bottas/Max would have fewer appearances than say Lewix/Max/Bottas?

    No. That part doesn't matter.

I'm surprised Barrichello isn't in the mix as he was on the podium so many times with Schumacher.

Good snippet of footage from Mika's Lotus debut.
They were really thrown in at the deep-end in those days - Mika, understandably looks a bit overwhelmed
Lotus 101/102 and its iterations weren't lacking in the looks department, but were somewhat under-engineered, and rather treacherous racecars.
