Interesting description from Ferrari of Vancouver under the 'Dealer Notes' section of this listing for a 2020 812 SF:

Stock #: C0128 On Consignment: Very highly optioned 812 Superfast with Factory mileage. The 812 Superfast is now out of production so this is the only opportunity to purchase a factory mileage 812 Superfast!

Does anyone know if this is true? I tried to corroborate via FChat and other online sources but couldn't find any information indicating the SF has been discontinued. Makes me wonder if all future 812s produced will be GTSs?

Out of production since august 2020. Some people say it's still produced in very small quantities.

The few 812SF cars that are still on the line are cars that were ordered prior to the 2020 holiday shutdown. My GTS that was configured in late September should arrive in week 12 if the plan holds. It was delayed 1½ month due to some options. So there's nothing odd about a June or July car with either TM or other options being finished at this stage. As was said, you have not been able to order one since mid summer 2020.

I’m not sure when production will end but I haven’t yet started Tailor Made for my GTS. Not sure how Tailor Made will work given Covid travel restrictions. If my SF was anything to go by, production took approximately one year after I signed off on the spec.

Selected dealers have been informed that the factory intends to build a few more regular 812 Superfast Coupés.
Since production of the new 812 VS will not begin prior to August 2021 there might be some slots to fill in until then and there has also been some additional demand for the 812 SF lately. This has led the factory to build a few more, I guess a dozen or so.
(PS: not a fool's day joke!).

An educated guess is that they will - kind of - use the SF body on the still alive GTS so that's most probably with GPF...

812SF that were produced during first semester of 2020 were delivered with GPF, and the few examples that left the factory afterwards also had to use the GPF - and that’s the case with MY21 812SF.

All must have GPF, it's the law.

But sounds like a great after market solution that doesn’t void the warranty... at least in the states. Strongly considering for my GTS

Many people say that with GPF is better than without in terms of sound on the 812 (deeper) . I had the coupe without GPF I need to try a spider to have my own opinion.

I have a SF with GPF and I’m very happy with, sound is a little different from the one without GPF but not so much . Everybody has his own feeling . As far as sound is concerned (I’m coming from a F12) it is ok for me , more than enough for a trip of 200-300 km. I’m more concerned on what GPF is causing to the engine , back pressure and engine running lean to heat up GPF. All this is not good for reliability on long term.

Don’t think that’s the case. I have a May 20 build and it does not have GPF. Dealer confirmed.

Nope, not true. Mine was completed in March 2020 and doesn't have the GPF. I was told that all US 812sf for 2020 didn't have the GPF. If it's a 2021 model then it does.

The first one is my car the second one is the 2021 GTS with the GPF, you can see the difference clearly.

Thanks gentlemen for the correction, appreciated.

I remember reading somewhere what I have written here but sources was apparently wrong.

Last semester of 2020 and 2021 812SF are for sur with GPF.

I can only hope mine won’t be built with GPFs but I know it’s unlikely. :(

Can't imagine any 812 delivered at this stage being without gpf. They are m/21 and will be m/y 22 in a few months.

For USA, GPF started in MY2021(meaning no 812SF for USA has GPF, only 812GTS); for EU it started sometime in late (calendar year) 2019 early 2020.
