    Do anyone have an idea where is located this part on the car. I searched on the parts diagrams and only a picture is show. Before I start to taking apart my car I want to ask to any who had replaced it.

    The part is 232672 and is the #15 of the following diagram;

    David, I replaced all 3 sensors on my car when I got it.. (If this is 360 content. If this relates to 430.. not sure! )

    The rear sensor is underneath the passenger side engine trim piece (Rear vertical).

    There are two in the front of the car.
    One is located beneath the trim plate below the window on the passenger side of the car (Front Vertical)
    One is located under the front bumper on the left side (passenger) of the washer fluid tank (Front Lateral).

    Above applies to 360..

    The rear sensor is the easiest to replace. Just remove the black passenger side trim in the engine compartment (65977300 R.H. PANEL) and there it is. Held on by a 10mm bolt if I recall correctly.

    I have my old sensors (may be good..) if you'd like..

    Changing this sensor solved my suspension light code.
    I hope it helps anyone who is experimenting this code on the dash.

    That is a true statement only if you scanned the suspension system, obtained a code for a malfunction in the vertical acceleration sensor and tested the sensor to make sure it is bad. The suspension light can come on because of various reasons.

    Just resurrecting this thread to add another data point.

    I've been receiving the suspension error light on my 360 ever since I purchased the car. Would not be present on start up, but would inevitably arise while driving the car. Didn't care so much about the error light, but whenever the error light returns, the car's suspension is shifted into its hardest setting.

    I don't have easy access to an SD2. I visited 1 place with an SD2 with the error light on. They insisted that I leave the car for diagnostics. I thought that was overkill.

    Instead, I finally replaced the rear vertical acceleration sensor. The error is now gone and has not returned.

    It seems as if the rear vertical acceleration sensor is the culprit in SO may of these cases that it might be worth replacing in these cases initially, unless you have easy access to an SD2.
