    California T 2016 with 9k miles. PPI mechanic (Enzoes in Marietta Georgia) said they gave the car a thorough inspection (for $450) but when I got the car delivered the engine bay hood latch mechanism lever was missing (completely broken).

    Not only can I not open the hood, but I'm thinking - how the heck didn't the mechanic evaluate my car if they could not even open the hood?

    Gas Motors in Marietta Georgia referred me to Enzos - I won't be taking the referral from a car dealership again. Any suggestions?

    broke in transit? Maybe the transit guys did something dumb to it. I follow your logic though....if it wasn't obviously post PPI i would be contesting that charge

    How the hell does a car lose a hood latch... Sketchy stuff.

    Did you ask the guy if he raised the hood? Did you get a picture of the engine? I bet it was the driver though....
