That looks fantastic. Are you getting around ok with no suspension lifter?

Hi all, sorry to raise what must be an obvious question as my first ever post but I’m looking at the Hill 11/15 setup, and never having had spacers, can I expect any dynamic downsides to this other than greater risk of wear on bearings?

For example, is there any (and I mean any) additional vibration?

Any changes to steering feel / nervousness / tramlining tendencies etc?

Also, any ideas why Hill use an 11mm size when everyone else seems to be 10mm? Seems an uncommon size so wondered if there was a technical reason for this.

Palmball, you’ll be fine. There are people with cars-trucks that put way more miles on than a Ferrari will see with way more offset than a measly 11&15mm. This amount will not cause bearing wear like you may be thinking of.

Hill uses an 11 mm setup because the point between the inner and outer hubcentric becomes a lot stronger. The 10 mm spacers have very little material in this area.
When using the 11 and 15 mm set up, you do gain a bit of understeer.
Take the car to an alignment shop after installing the spacers. Ferraris are often all over the place in this regard, and spacers can amplify bad characteristics if any is there. Better safe than sorry.

Do that and you won't have issues. Remember to use wheel hangers when installing the soacers and wheels.

Most don't do anything about anything. And most don't know what to do, or how to go about it. Most don't even get their wheels checked for truness befor getting an alignment. Probably the biggest mistake one can make in this regard.

Adjustments are in less than 0.1 degree, you won't stand a chance in hell getting correct alignment with slightly bent wheels.

Did you also lower the car? Or did you just do the spacers? Many thanks!
