Looks like Mr Hayes' facility Some years ago during the art fair open houses held amongst his buildings, he opened up his collection for public viewing
More photos of A6G 2000 chassis 2181 when Mr. Hayes owned it in Chicago at the Hayes open house and Continental open house . What a wonderful car. The A6G 2000 does have a long wheelbase for such a small car at 2,550 mm. The old 250 Ferrari's mainly had 2,400 mm wheel bases. Drag race to the next corner at the Glen in 1971 during the Can Am in wich the FIA cars were allowed to race with the Can Am cars. Wich car do you think made it to the corner first? The answer is easy if you look up the specs of the cars and realize this is before Porsche started using turbo's. I own the rights to this photo and is in memory of Rich S who took the photo. I should make a poster of this Image Unavailable, Please Login

A few more old ones... The Lotus was from Laguna Seca in 1997, the Porsche from Daytona 1995, class winner. The Jaguar from IMSA 1990 at Road America and the real old one was taken by Rich S. at Road America in 1969 at the Can Am race. The great Jim Hall and GM research came up with some crazy cars and the 2H was one of them, it even had a Didion rear axle. It was a DNF and the Mclaren's won again.
