Recommendations for company that can replicate hard clutch lines?

This is a routine project for auto restoration companies. There must be a large number of these companies in your area of CA. They don't even need to be a Ferrari restoration shop as long as they work on foreign cars.

 

You can buy hard line on a roll, fittings, and the tools needed at a local parts store for next to nothing. Make your own.

Any local independent auto repair shop with a competent mechanic can do it for you.

but sending them your old sample would probably be best.

 

OTOH, there probably are more “mechanics” and/or “repair/restoration” shops that couldn’t do this right than could.
