I might breed her, but selling off puppies has me thinking no!

Early spay can mess up growth. I want her to develop more and will probably spay her at a year old.

Our dog was spayed early - since she was a pound hound - and has always been small for her breed. About 5 - 10 pounds below a typical wheaten terrier female...T

Its probably why she is undersized. Most vets though recommend it right away. I've always done it the other way, except with one. She came from the pound.

Going to get a Whopper combo at Burger King. Onion rings, instead of fries. I'm craving a Whopper and they just happen to be on sale Wednesdays.

Ancho tomato sauce, Mexican cheese blend, pickled serranos (think they're finally done!), fresh sliced jalapeños (from Kroger, hence not much heat), pickled red onions, spices.

First meal back from safari. I wanted a Whataburger but my driver (son) wanted Pappasito’s.

Maybe left over Chinese for dinner. Might have it for lunch. If I do, I'll get sushi.

As is typical, we ate nothing but game on my safari. First few days was impala which is the usual game meat eaten by the camp (I’ve been asked on previous safaris to help get camp rations), then we started on the game I took- buffalo, wildebeest, kudu & bushbuck. (Did not eat elephant- was told it has a unique flavor but is very chewy.) Unfortunately I took my zebra on my last hunt and was unable to eat it- zebra schnitzel was up to date my favorite, slightly edging out moose. Cape buffalo has become my hands down favorite game animal. The buffalo (ox)tail stew was on par with any of the restaurants I’ve eaten in Paris.

All was cooked using a wood stove. I found out the secret to tender game is to start cooking early- around lunch time and then let it (warm) marinate in the pan until it is time to finish cooking just before dinner. Amazingly tender meats.

    Sounds amazing Frank!

Had kudu when I visited South Africa 20+ years ago. It was quite tasty as I recall. Warthog - acquired taste! Another antelope type meat, want to say gemsbok, but it was so long ago. And, I tried elephant biltong, i.e., jerky. Like chewing on a shoe.

Poblano. Stuffed with pinto beans, mushroom and, on mine, diced serranos. Topped with Mexican cheese blend.

Yesterday ate too much left over Chinese at around 2pm. Ended up skipping dinner.

I think UFC is on tonight. If so, I'll have my dad and brother over. I'll get a calzone and get them a pizza.

Drumsticks on the gasser. Like doing them on the gasser, start it off hot, flip them after about 5 min per side, then turn down to lowest setting and let them finish slow. Takes about 80 - 90 minutes, including resting.

Garlic powder, S&P and smoked paprika. The top row was also basted in a sauce made out of yellow miso, Tabasco family reserve, and minced ginger.
