Wore my Victorinox as the guilloche dial thread made me think about it. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I have come full circle. My very first watch was a Timex, and now I have another. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Nice. You can't deny that the "indiglo" feature is pretty cool. I bought a new Timex when I was travelling to places where I should be careful about robbery (e.g. Copacabana beach). Never had a problem. I continue to be surprised how much I like it. It really is carefree wearing it. Like you, I have a bookend Timex. Mine is a 1971 Marlin which still "keeps on tickin'."
The Indiglo is definitely cool. I had another watch maybe 30 years ago, but it wasn't a Timex. Sadly, I cannot find my original Timex. I thought I knew where I put it, but it isn't there. I am still looking for my Citizen watch my dad gave me in the early 70s. I lost it for a few years, then found it and lost it again.
