I sold the Scorpion in 1984 for around $5,000. The vehicle hasn't appreciated in value much due to its Fiat 1.8 liter engine.
That's not really the reason, but they have been slowly creeping up these past five years. Most of them need the full European treatment, 2 liter and bumpers and headlights.
Few things I did along last year. I ran across some pics while searching for dog pics. Powder coat door sills black satin. I added stainless inserts. (I have brand new door sill rubber and passenger foot rest rubber in the Ferrari box on a shelf.) Powder coat the seat tilt levers black satin. Nickel plate some goodies. (I have the whole set of originals in the box as well.) Refreshed door leather. Very cool, but it looks like the wheels swapped sides since it was last there..... (ducking for cover)
Did your carbon air boxes make much of difference? heard it's a 10hp increase? does it sound any more raspy?
