BTW it's essential that you get the globe to match the colour of the lens. IE red light for tail lights. Amber for indicators. Don't get white's

4800 Lumen for the brake/tail? Waaay too bright. Even if it was for the two (so 2400lm each), that's as bright as a 150W halogen each! Hopefully, that's just for the brakes, and the tail lights are a lot dimmer. I forget the brightness of the LEDs I put in, but there isn't enough difference in brightness between the brake and the tail light, at least during the day (according to Wes), so I'm going to instal a set with a bigger difference in brightness... one day. Isn't it great to talk about lumens again?
You'll get the hang of it soon. Did you buy yours at supercheap? What patcentage less light should the tail light have relative to the brake light?
