New FIA ruling once cars getting within 2 tenths of Mercedes make sure they are hobbled through some rule change

Red Bull looking very oversteery. Mercdes glued to the track.

Ferrari looks like it could shock!

Absolutely. His sector 3 is frankly amazing. Leclerc 3 tenths down there despite equalling him in first 2 sectors!

Leclerc was bullish on Ferrari after Spain, citing their sector three performance as indicative of the car’s potential around the streets of Monaco. So far, so good, the real story will surface on Saturday, but they look really fast and stable out there.

Really nice to see this pace from Ferrari - both of them. A red 1 and 2 would make a good weekend.

Horner complaining that Mercedes have wing flex. Yes Horner. And are subject to current tests and new one's. He is saying they will have to alter their wings to comply just like Alfa, Ferrari etc. All teams. He is not admitting the issue but knows they have to change LOL!

Why was Danny Ric down in 17th? Wall painting with the Gulf livery?

I saw the Spain comparisons between Ferrari and Red Bull. I don’t think Horner should be lumping the two teams together on this issue.

Perez is very impressed with the Ferrari pace. I think alot of the paddock assumed RedBull would be strongest. Nice to see Ferrari getting the good press!!
