Heh, that's the price if my wife asks. Between me 'n' you, I think I actually paid a little over £150, though it was a few years back. Don't regret a single penny, it's a fantastic book.

I have both and the McKlein version is a must for a Sharknose fan.
It was a contender for Motoring book of the Year 2020.

Just sent an email to Roberta. Have their "Inside the Scuderia" and really liked it. Hope they still have some of yours left.

It depends what you're looking for. The McKlein book has a lot more photos, but the McDonough book is more concise. The McKlein book also includes chapters on the 246 SP and 196 SP 'sharknose' sports-racing cars. Also, interesting chapters on the 156/F1 replicas.

Thank you. That really helps. I have other books with text and photos of the 156 and the sports-racing cars. Will have to think about the McKlein book. Appreciate the feedback.

Inside the Scuderia is a nice book about the factory development told by Castelli. I appreciated the story he told about the Cavallino Restaurant, where he lived for some time: stories from another age

Just how many copies of Piloti che Genti does one person need? :D

Indeed, an interesting book but quite a strange title because it isn't about the Scuderia at all!

Agree. There was the Scuderia inside the building, but a subtitle clarifying better the content maybe would have been a good idea.

This said, it's a precious historical document.

Not that many unless two of them are signed by Enzo, and one only a few weeks before he died.

I‘m looking for the book „TEN DAYS IN SICILY“.
Does someone knows where I can find a good copy?

    Thanks.

I do have Racing Through Europe (but not Ten Days in Sicily) and it is superb. Certainly up to Palawan's high standards and, even at the (high) price worth the money if the subject interests you. There are a huge number of photos of numerous different racing events in Racing Through Europe, so I wouldn't worry about overlap.

I have both, they're equally nice to have. Palawan book is much larger and covers various European races, TDiS is more focused (only Sicily). Style of both books is different though. TDiS has a very delicate almost alcantara-like hardcover (only touch with clean hands). Photography in both is wonderful, almost professional. Paper quality of TDiS is better than of Palawan's. TDiS has turned into kind of a cultish gem. Prices are crazy, bought my copies new for EUR 100,- each.
