Haha, fair point about Rolls and the wood trims! :D
I see it in that way, that a Rolls is like a comfortable luxury suite, where you put everything inside, which makes life easy-going and nice. A racecar inspired supercar IMO should have more functional philosophy. It's also about the association coming with different materials. Wood IMO is just a means to create a posh interior. Carbon parts are not just so popular because they are so beautiful to look at. It's because it shouts racecar, It's a high-tech material used in most major racing series nowadays, so I understand that people want it all over their cars, because it lets the cars appear racier, more focused and exotic. My problem with that is that it's just pure semblance.

It seems to me that these are two different cars. The one with the white tape on the windscreen has the electro stricker. The other with the black tape i can't tell.

I’d probably buy an LB if it looked good. Hopefully they nail that part. I think Ferrari proved with the SF90 that the performance will certainly be there.

The Arturo is pretty compelling as well and I bet the performance will be at least as good or better.

I agree. Not as a hyper car type experience like the 765 but for just a daily super sports type car, similar to how I treated my BMW i8 which I loved and still miss, I think the Artura would be great.

Arturo has a base price of $225k the LB will be closer to $300k base for that money it needs to be substantially more powerful IMO

Total speculation but I think the LB V6 makes around 620-630 hp and electrification adds around 150 hp for a total output around 770-780 hp and a weight of 100 kg less than the SF90.

Agree. The headlights of the SF90 are the worst. Everything else about the car is beautiful.

The rear of the SF90 is a mess I hate it. I actually don’t mind the headlights at least they’re distinctive.

They are going out of their way to hide the rear half of that car. There's an extensive amount of camo behind the door and above the intake, and a massive block of foam tacked to the rear end. I think this is being done to conceal a pleasant, aesthetic surprise.

I just saw one in the flesh. Close up at my dealership. I liked it. Back end was fine for me. I’m getting used to the shark headlights for sure but would prefer a different design. Felt the same way about 720 headlights- hated them but now they don’t bother me. I assume if I owned a sf90, would probably feel the same.

I totally get it. Just playing around! Haha!

I did get some carbon interior bits in our F8 only because I think it looks cool. Zero on the 812 to keep it classy.

Hopefully they’ll start sending invites/teasing the car soon, and I sincerely hope the design is distinctive and not just a mini SF90.

There is no white tape. Its the gloss on the black tap at that angle that makes it look different

So they removed the heavy camo on the roof that made it look like the roof was taller and windshield was a visor type. This is confirming that it’s a more classic arched roof.

Curiously, the previous camo made with the taller roof made the car appear shorter and generally smaller but here it’s looking a bigger car.
