Based on response in just one day you are not the only one.

Is there any reason they decided to hold it during the week rather than over the weekend? Would love to have attended with my family but can't because of my daughter's school. Not meant to be a critical comment - just wondering if this is something they considered but simply wasn't feasible?

I would guess it is based on availability of race track, hotel of other needed resources. Typically these are planned 2 years or so in advance. This was all planned in the last few days. Also due to the length of the event it always involves a few week days. Since this one includes Sunday and not Saturday there is only a difference of one non weekend day.

In non summer months your issue is very common and unavoidable. Due to the weather most of the southern national events take place outside of traditional summer vacation.

I can't comment to the weekday vs weekend thing, but I can say that it's shaping up to be a very good event. The track portion goes without saying, but the activities are shaping up as well. There will be three rallies, all planned through some neat areas, a '50's Theme night celebrating Ferrari's early success during this period at Sebring, and hopefully some surprises at the Concours.
The organizers are working their tails off given the short notice, and things are progressing nicely. The weather in November should be nice as well. Stay tuned.

I wonder if there are track days for DE available immediately afterwards?

I'm considering coming Monday evening until Tuesday evening or Wed morning. I may have a friend coming by on Tuesday. Is there a price for non-FCA members to be spectators at the track?

How is everyone shipping their cars there? Does FCA have a sponsor? Or a place to ship the cars too?

Debating whether or not to go. Cavallino would be 2 months away.

Anyone knows how strong the concours field will be?

    Hi all..

Concours is at 77 cars right now. The event is fast filling up so if you're thinking about going better hurry and get on the list! Lots of cars on the Rally's too.
Truth be told, for getting tasked with hosting the National Meet (Experience if you wish) with just about 5 months planning after Portland was nixed, the Florida Region has done a bang up job of planning the event.
Right now I believe there will be 2 or 3 War Birds, with at minimum a B-25 and a P-51, should be there with rides available in the B-25 on Tue/Wed of the event. If it works out there'll also be a Douglas Dauntless SBD-5 Dive Bomber too, which is one of 5 flying in the world! It will be offering rides as well.
Why War Birds? Sebring race track was originally Hendricks Field and was a training base for B-17's during the war, so there's a big connection with WWII aircraft...plus they're really neat. A Merlin V-12? What not to like?

I'm not a doctor but, for those concerned about COVID, keep in mind that the event will really be open and will have minimal congestion FWIW.

The weather should be nice as well, not too hot or humid

No. That information is kept with each entrants information and is private. However there are 78 cars signed up.

Does anyone know if you have to buy one of the three packages or is there an option to just get a single entrance for the concorso on Monday?

If you know the location where the concours is going to be you can just walk in as spectator. I showed my cars in the past as F2 and there were no gate/entrance to check your credential. Just to see the concours you need to sign up the minimum of F3 package and it costs couple hundred of dollars.
