If there was a VS would we not have heard of it by now, as Marcel pointed out the F8 is called "Tributo" for a reason.

I know but certain members here continue to assert that they know for a fact there will be an F8 VS. others of us have been skeptical of the claim.

The Portofino has become a M version, fill in . The Portofino and the Roma will go V6 / hybrid next. Any way you look at it the LB will have more power than these 2 100% for sure. Why because it will HAVE a dry sump not a wet sump like these 2 cars , Thats sacrilege a modern Ferrari engine in Wet Sump :( Thats why they never had the same power as the 488 GTB.

I remember an interview by Walliser, in which he said they will need to develop bigger displacement engines for the 911 to fulfil the 2026 regulations.

And lower rpm, thats what Walliser said for normally aspirated engines.

Ooh yes, I was there for two days. Made over 4000 pictures.. (was awake for almost 24h to make this night shot of the V6) but I don't have any more news, the V6 is beeing testet non stop. But with some great help from @isot we figured out some interesting design details. More interesting was to here sound of the Purosangue!

Many people on here are acting like the Corvette guys before the C8. They couldn’t believe that the C8 was going to be mid engined. Even after the C8 came out, fans of the C7 were wanting a front engined Corvette to go along with the C8.

    Great work—thanks for sharing.

Do you have any more pics (from the side especially) of the yellow car under black camo from last November? That seemed to a final design under light camo.

Thanks a lot. I’m getting to like this community. Coming from the Audi community and by that I mean the original one from the 90s when Audi came back. I’ve met some great friends there and I look forward to meeting some cool Ferrari guys. I always heard you guys are a bunch of stuck up uptight superficial dudes but I see that’s not the case

Derek. Congratulations on being a dad. I know what it’s like. Better than anything we can imagine. Look forward to hearing your impressions on what you saw and heard.

On a different note- hard for me to believe the car will debut in two weeks when it’s still under wraps being tested in public.

Welcome Rxbg, you will find this is the best car community around. The members span the globe and have a multitude of experiences and the vast majority are respectful, helpful, and entertaining. I have made some really great friends on here and dare I say can’t make a car selection without running at least a few ideas by them! I hope you enjoy your time here.

First thing that was interesting, the Testdrivers really tried to avoid me.. but in the meantime the mules are spotted very oft! They are using at the moment 2 Differents cars. One of them is having a interesting rear bumper, where you can see the exhaust pipes (But I need some help from the 812/F12 professionals if they are regonizing the exhaust) When it tried to avoid me, My feeling was saying V12! it was having a higher sound, and not this more deep rumble which produce the V8 engine or the V6.
