Friends in Dinoland, only wished to share a painting by my daughter, hope you like it! It is rather large at 5' x 3'. I felt that it had to be shared as we all are very aesthetic with Dino. Regards, Alberto
Thank you guys! Take a look at other work: https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/your-car-painted-by-my-daughter.590989/ Funny part, is that she always painted fairly cliche artwork, nature themed, etc. Now, she has found her true calling, loves painting cars. Problem is, she was going to paint my Dino...now, I am on the waiting list. Maybe for my Birthday? Regards, Alberto
Very nice, very talented. Now she'll have a bunch of people from this chat room sending her pictures of their cars. Then she'll do something for you for your birthday in three years
Ken, with luck...3 years. I think I will have to change my name, pay her dues, and maybe she'll fall for it. Then I'll request a refund... Regards, Alberto
Thank you Freeman! I will show my daughter your comment, she'll be very pleased, as she is with the others. Regards, Alberto
Alvaro, how great to hear from you! Hope you are well. How is Dino coming along? Post photos. Thank you for the compliments on the painting, hopefully this will be her new calling, cars... Kind regards, Alberto
Thank you Keith! I will tell her. We are all very proud of her work. The postings here do not really do justice to the work, yet, all her clients seem very happy with the results... Kind regards, Alberto
Had to share it with my friends in Dinoland. Arianna's California Spider, ended up in a personal 'museum' in OZ, with a 'personal' niche. She is truly flattered, and Dad is drooling She has found her calling, instead of painting nature, it is.... cars. Regards, Alberto PS. still waiting for my Dino, right...
My daughter is interested in exploring other marques. Anyone have good ideas which chat sites might be the places to go. Obviously...Lamborghini, Mercedes, Porsche, someone even said monster trucks? Regards, Alberto
One of my all time favorite automotive cultural artists is Walter Gotschke. He is impressionistic in his painting style. He was active from the 1930’s to the 1980’s. https://www.gotschke-art.com/bio_e.html Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Freeman, Walter Gotschke is my also favourite , with a distant second, Alfredo de la Maria. I had once an opportunity to acquire a Gotschke work, but I fell asleep at the opportunity Oh well, it was a gorgeous piece with the Silver Arrows in action, so 'active', it almost appeared to jump on you.
