The strata levies for my car spot are about $80/qtr, but even at $1600/yr, it’s a paltry amount and there are no other costs eg, water, electricity, renovation etc
And for the spot in that article, the running costs are about 0.7% of the purchase price, in the meantime it’s appreciating at 5%/yr. It’s a no brainer

What’s there to get? It’s no different to buying an apartment and paying strata levies. It’s an appreciating asset too No, you just live in FNQ, plenty of space and undeveloped land to park multiple cars. It’s a completely different story in inner Sydney
