I have always been interested in how those work. Is there any ownership involved in the garage or the land that it sits on given it’s location? Good luck with the build!
Like most condo ownership. Fee simple deed with electricity & property tax billed to me and shared water with monthly HOA.

Wow that beautiful, the location is impressive as well! Can't wait to see that finished...is there a thread somewhere we can follow?
It never gets old. Incredibly peaceful and beautiful. Looking forward to getting this addition done though! Need to fill it with lifts and cars!
In hindsight, I probably should have done a separate thread, but chose to hijack someone else’s instead.
My Ferrari showroom is almost finished now Couldn’t be happier with the result, it turned out exactly how I had made the design. Sorry for the low quality (iphone) photos, will post some better ones soon. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Was up there Saturday on the jet ski’s checking out the waterfalls. Not many houses. Absolutely beautiful. Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Our future backyard boat garage? Can't decide yet. Some neighbors have built garages facing the water like having a private boat ramp. I'll probably just be satisfied with a new lift and a boat. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Some interior pictures post drywall installation above the garages. Should finish up the garage bays today. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
