I saw the car several times on the open roads around the factory (once I followed it on the big roundabout there is between the Factory and Zanasi spraying plant, after the bridge) and often it was travelling in the EV mode, with no noise at all. That's a plug in like the SF90. The combined power could be closer to 800 hp rather than 750.

This is a video taken by myself some days ago

The car shape could be a mix between SF90, Dino 246 and 250LM, with a single high and mid positioned exhaust tip, due to the turbochargers fitted between the banks. That's a sort of type 021 F1 engine of the early eighties, same architecture.

I think I are right, tributo is 710-720 till will be 750.
I’m unsure how much better or faster it will be than the tributo?
Did you hear bit in ev mode? What was it like?
    Will find out soon.
I’m concerned about the price being nigh higher than tributo which starts at 275k here in the USA

Why do you keep mentioning 250s and 246s? We don't live in the '60s...

Really hope this brand new V6 engine will be something special because replacing V8 range by V6 range is let’s say acrobatic..

Because there is a thing called Heritage. History. Design suggestion and inspiration comes from the past to bring Ferrari in the future, across an innovative key! Since the Ferraris of the 50s and 60s are certainly style icons that have imposed a formal language iti s more than obvious to mention and remember them.
250LM and Dino are the Ferraris par excellence!

Yeah but the last v8, with gpf, unless u replace the full exhaust, it doesn’t sound too good…

I just don’t know what lambo does… I mean up until recently there was nothing that sounded as good as a Ferrari engine, there were rumors of an employee whose sole job was to make engine sound good. Disappointing, as long as they are not fully electric Ferraris should still have the best sound.

That's a matter of taste. I for one am glad that Ferrari is not stuck in the '60s. Heritage is good for the history books. Hail the future!

Everyone has his own taste, of course. This car mainly reminds the SF90, it's modern (also as shape) and state of the art, but there are some details that remind me of the Dino and a bit of 250 LM too. Maybe only to my eyes, who knows, as I like those two models very much. I think It's a good move to remind a bit the Dino 206-246GT, the only other V6 Ferrari GT ever produced.

    ciao

What's your opinion about the front end? Does it look good, do you like it?

I like the SF90 much more than the 488 GTB and 812 S...

Will it be definitely a replacement to the F8 and V8 range?

Agreed, even if I think the front end is the weakest part of the SF90's design (just my personal opinion, obviously).

Agree. The font/face looks weak and soft and does not look anywhere near aggressive enough for a 1000hp car. It definitely needs a deeper more purposeful looking lower front air dam/spoiler at the very least. The rear - well no point even discussing that area for obvious reasons.

The Dino 306 (or what the name will be) will replace F8 only.

It's a V-6 replacing a V-8 only because regulations of now and the near future are dictating it. Call it what it is....it sucks. We are already at 720hp, more than enough for any real road use so an increase in performance is just on paper. I'll give Ferrari the benefit of the doubt to see the final product, but my initial reaction (same as the Ford GT) is I'm not paying 300K (or more) for V-6.

Just back from my dealer, been told this will sit above the F8 while both are in the lineup, and be around 800PS. I expect the price to be above F8, we shall see if this turns out to be true, and how much my dealer knows

Funny…….my dealer just told me the opposite, that they were being asked to wrap up all F8 orders. No real way to know I suppose, but if I had to guess I’d say LB replaces F8 and that they won’t have any overlap on production. We will see.
