    i still can't believe i would even say this -but i feel like it's true. it started back in 2013, when laferrari was released- ferrari's first in-house design with flavio. it was not a love at the first sight-not aroused by it like i did seeing the f50 or a f40 on a poster. it feels like there are something missing in this new era of ferrari design. they lack originality and nice flowing of sensual lines- though these new designs are nice- aggressive but there's something missing in them. some overall nice designs are ruined by some small details- some small correction would've made them better. when i said we're seeing less and less originality- new design has become a amalgamation of various past designs borrowed from here and there. now every time i see a new ferrari, proper satisfaction doesn't come in mind; except the monza. now it's not a love in the fist sight but love comes later... sometimes i think some of us forced to like them because we love ferrari. manzoni is an architect and sometime he likes to cross the boundaries but a great ferrari should remain within its boundary... i am saying this because i am disappointed by the look of new 296.. after sf90 it still an underwhelming design... not bad either but........ very much underwhelming
    and bring back those round tail lights....

    I think the new 296 looks fantastic in terms of design, love that the car looks like 250 LM. This 296 GTB have been all what Im looking for :)

    There is also an appalling highlight issue between the rear air scoop and the wheel arch see the zig/zag?

    Actually its one of the details I like. Its the integration of the wide body curve over the rear fenders with the large "classic" scoop. Smoothing them together would not only be boring, it would make the car look fatter.

    No design is perfect but come on guys... find me a car today that looks better than this one.

    It’s not my opinion so Flavio stay at your place. The design is a personality taste for everyone. I like the purity of design a like the technology. It’s my opinion

    This is a boring, plain, and uninspired design. Looks like a watered down SF90. Again with those stupid looking Roma tail lights. $350k for a V6 and a dainty pop up spoiler. This thing is going to flop out.

    Let's hope they don't F'up the SUV.

    I am with you on this i do like the rear quarter with the scoop as is. and overall not bad not crazy about the taillights but overall the exterior looks nice..
