Ferrari wanted a solid #2 driver, presumably looking forward to their 2022 car in mind. No point having them do a 2007 or 2010 Mclaren where they could've won the title with ease, but their drivers where too busy taking wins of each other.
Lewis certainly had talent, and so did a bunch of other kids. Shrewd Ron probably saw extra marketing $$$ with Lewis, hence the investment.
That will surely ensure more fchat convo for years to come !! Specially if he declines people will love bashing him Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
This is not my case, I sincerely hope that he will not experience a career end comparable to Valentino Rossi one’s ..
However knowing his love of competition it worries me more about Mercedes. Indeed I do not imagine him signing for two more years without having the certainty from Toto that they were able to circumvent the budget restrictions..
Well it will, at the very least, guarantee that the trolls will keep showing up here every other weekend. Maybe if he does decline the trolls will fade away too.
Even if F chatters aren’t happy with him staying around, Domenicali is happy because he knows what’s good for F1, having the most successful and arguably GOAT driver, still in the series. https://racer.com/2021/07/03/hamilton-extension-fantastic-news-for-f1-domenicali/
Not if Ham thinks he’s too much of a challenger… I think this makes it harder for Rus to get into Merc even though he’s Totos boy. He has to get out of Williams pronto, so it’s now or never for Merc to take him or see him go somewhere else - perhaps McLaren to replace Ric?
If that happens I would Ricardo to go the Ferrari and replace Carlos Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Absolutely! Ferrari has one of the strongest pairings on the grid. Ricciardo looks like the new Vettel, so why would we want him?
Danny ric needs a car that moves. We should of gotten him last year. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
