E@RTC still a going concern?

I know there was some stuff that went on here years back about this subject but just wanted to check. It seems from the website that Exotics @RTC is still going strong. Now that I have a car to bring over I've been thinking of making the trek back over to check it out.

It makes for an early morning for a non-morning person like me, especially coming from over here in the boonies, but I could do it once in a while.

Gonna be awful nice this weekend, I might have to drag my butt outta bed and get over there.

 

Thanks Kerry! Still have that beautiful 330? I don't have Fbook but I did check the other page. Found their Newsy page which it looks like they update every week.

 

Nice! I am going to try to make it this Saturday since it's gonna be so nice out! I miss my 308 but the Granturismo is fun too!

 

I'm gonna see if I can get to bed early enough and up early enough to make the trek over in the morning. I was actually at the old Belle pastry meet once or twice back in the day. Been to E@RTC a few times but haven't been over in a few years!

2009?! It can't be that long ago?!

 

I made it over on only a couple hours sleep. Lots of nice cars. Was easy getting parked if you get there early enough, I made it by about 8:15 or so. Saw Roy and his Diablo SE and a bunch of other nice cars along with a few oddballs. I didn't even think to take any pics, should have at least grabbed one of the bronze Cobra, pretty cool car. Was a nice drive over but the drive home was horrid. Took me almost twice as long to get home, traffic was brutal. The GranTurismo didn't miss a beat, even in all that heat. Not sure my old 308 would have been as happy, and I'd have been toasted.

But took I-90 back to Seattle, cruising the tunnels was EPIC! I love the sound this car makes. Great day overall, I'll try to make Italian day and maybe meet a few folks. I've been away from the local Italian car scene a long time.

 

I'm over in Bremerton. Not all that long but about an hour and a half with decent traffic.

 

That'd be cool to see. I might try again this weekend, gonna be nice again it looks like. And I'm actually off work Friday night so I could get to bed earlier.

 

I'm going to try and make it.

the E@RTC site says to try being there no later than about 8:30. I'd guess this weekend even a bit earlier wouldn't hurt but I don't really know.

 

I'm gonna shoot for getting on the road by 6:30, should put me there by 7:45ish. Hope that's early enough but if not I'll still enjoy the cars that show up I'm sure!! When I was there a couple weeks ago I was there at about 8:30 and most of the rows were only about half full. I'm sure this weekend will be busier though. Looking forward to it, other than getting up so early.
